Holiday and Tailgate Appetizer: Cranberry Bacon and Cream Cheese Bites

Ingredients
116 ounce tubchive & onion cream cheese
3slicescooked bacon, chopped finely
1/3cupcheddar cheese, finely shredded
3tbsdried cranberriesI use craisins
1/3cuppecans, chopped finely
1tubecrescent roll dough
1egg whiteoptional
Instructions
Heat oven to 375. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, bacon, cheese, cranberries and pecans. Set aside.
Roll out dough onto a rectangular sheet of wax paper. Pinch seams. Make four cuts top to bottom and six cuts across the width. This yields 24 dough squares.
Using a small spoon, scoop a little bit of the cream cheese mixture into the center of each square. Then, working with one square at a time, meet the four corners to the center and press together. Brush squares with egg whites, if desired. Back 8-12 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
