Hot Sausage Cheese Dip

cooked sausage

can
Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilis

cups
cheddar cheese
shredded
8
ounces
cream cheese
room temperature
1
cup
sour cream
1
tsp
garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Brown and drain sausage. Set aside. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish or bowl with non-stick spray.
Pour undrained Rotel into a large bowl. (You may puree the Rotel if so desired.)
Cut softened cream cheese into large chunks. Add to Rotel mixture and blend. Add sour cream and garlic powder. Stir.
Fold in cooked sausage and cheese. Pour into prepared casserole dish.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-25 min.
