Bake the pie crust in heated oven for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Shred Gouda cheese while crust is heating.
Toss shredded smoked Gouda with ham and spread mixture in the bottom of heated pie crust.
In a bowl, whisk eggs. Stir in sour cream and milk. Blend ingredients together.
Pour egg mixture over ham and cheese. Bake in over 40 - 50 minutes or until the center is set.
