Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Using a mixer, beat together cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, and lemon juice until ingredients are incorporated.
Separate the crescent roll dough so you have 8 rectangles. Pinch seams together so seams are sealed. Dust cinnamon on top of dough. Spread cream cheese batter down the middle of the rectangles.
Fold the rectangles lengthwise into thirds - this will enclose the filling. Bring the long edges up to completely cover the cream cheese. Cut each rectangle into four squares. Place them (seam side down) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until golden brown.
Glaze Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix 1 cup powdered & milk. Stir until lumps are smooth. Drizzle on top of King Cake Bites. Dust with colored sanding sugars as desired.
