Get saucy! This decadent Boozy Hot Fudge Sauce will jazz up ice cream desserts & makes a great brunch waffle topping, too!
Servings 2cups
Ingredients
3/4cupheavy cream
1/4cupgood whiskey(we use Jack Daniels)
8ouncessemi-sweet chocolate block, chopped
Instructions
Pour the cream and whiskey into a medium saucepan. Over medium heat, bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and stir in the chocolate pieces until they are melted. Serve immediately warm, or serve at room temperature. Keep leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator. To reheat, just pour into a small saucepan & stir on low to medium heat.
