A hearty appetizer that has all the best elements of game day food.

Ingredients
1LoafFrench Bread
8Ouncescream cheeseSoftened, not fat-free!
1/2CupmayonnaiseNot fat-free
1/2Cupsour creamNot fat-free
1/2CupHot Wing Sauce
3TablespoonsDry Ranch seasoning mix
1/2TeaspoonChili powder
1/2TeaspoonCumin
1/2TeaspoonSmoked paprika
1/2Teaspoongarlic powder
1/2TeaspoonOnion powders
1/4Cupcrumbled blue cheese
1 1/2Cupcheddar cheeseFreshly grated preferred
1CupMozzerella cheeseSeparated
3CupschickenCooked, shredded
3StripsBacon, crumbledCooked til crisp
3Tablespoonsranch dressingMay substitute blue cheese dressing
Instructions
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil and coat with non-stick spray.
Cut French bread loaf in half. Carefully scoop out the inside of the bread, leaving enough to create a solid base. Set aside scooped out bread for another use.
In a large bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, spices and hot sauce. Blend well.
Add blue cheese, 1 cup of cheddar cheese and 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Carefully spoon Buffalo Chicken mixture into French bread. Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, and crumbled bacon.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove from oven. Drizzle Ranch dressing on top of the the Buffalo Chicken Dip French Bread. Slice into individual portions as desired. Serve warm.

Recipe adapted from Carlsbad Cravings.To make ahead for game day, prepare Buffalo Chicken Dip mixture and cook bacon. Freeze both separately. On serving day, defrost filling and bacon. Proceed with the recipe.
