Add taco seasoning to the browned hamburger meat, and prepare according to package directions. Set aside.
Crumble the four cups of tortilla chips. Spread in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Top the tortilla chips with prepared taco meat. Spread cheddar cheese on top, followed by the taco sauce. Cover with shredded lettuce.
Place chopped tomatoes in rows on top of the lettuce; they are the stripes on your taco salad flag. In the top left corner of salad, add crumbled blue corn tortilla chips for the stars.
