Place chicken wings in the air fryer basket. Brush both sides of the wings with duck fat, then season with salt and pepper.
Cook at 380 degrees for 12 minutes. Then, turn the wings over and cook at 380 degrees for another 12 minutes. Finally, turn the air fryer setting to 410 degrees and cook for 5 minutes.
While the wings cook, make the sauce. Place buffalo sauce, Worcestershire sauce, butter, and garlic powder in a saucepan. Cook on low heat, stirring often, until the butter is melted and the sauce is warm.
When the wings are finished cooking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the sauce over the wings. Toss wings to coat them in the sauce. Serve with bleu cheese or ranch dressings, celery, or carrots.
